📌 Who are we?
Les services de consultation Blue Fox, Inc. (hereinafter “Blue Fox”) is a Quebec company that offers technology services such as hosting of open-source platforms (Nextcloud, Vaultwarden, Odoo, etc.), development of custom solutions, and IT support for SMEs and individuals.
📋 What personal information do we collect?
We collect only what is necessary. For example:

We do not use any advertising tracking cookies. We don’t feed the monster.
🔒 How do we protect your data?
- Role-based restricted access to data
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest where possible
- Servers hosted in Canada (preferably in Quebec)
- Firewalls, monitoring, regular backups
- Incident logging and rapid response to alerts
We apply the principles of privacy by design and by default, as required by Quebec’s Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information).
🌎 Where is your data hosted?
Your data is hosted in Canada, unless otherwise indicated. If an exception is necessary (e.g. a server outside Quebec), we will clearly inform you before any transfer and will conduct a privacy impact assessment (PIA).

📦 Data retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Once that period has elapsed, the data is securely deleted or anonymized, unless a law requires us to retain it longer (e.g. tax obligations).
