First launch

The software is safe, but because it comes directly from Blue Fox (and not from an app store), your system may display a warning the first time.

Windows

If the "Windows protected your PC" screen appears, click More info, then Run anyway.

macOS

Make a right-click (or Control-click) on the application, choose Open, then Open again. If macOS indicates the app "cannot be opened", go to System Settings → Privacy and Security, then click Open Anyway.

Share your ID

Launch the application, then share the ID number displayed on screen with your Blue Fox technician.
