My mailbox is full
Free up space by emptying the trash and large attachments, or ask us for a lasting fix.
The problem
A notice says your mailbox is almost full, or you no longer receive messages.
The solution
- Empty the trash and the deleted items folder.
- Sort by size and delete, or save elsewhere, messages with large attachments.
- Also empty the Sent and Junk folders, often forgotten.
If space is still short, write to us : we can archive older emails or adjust your plan. A full mailbox also cannot be backed up, so do not wait.
