Open a support request

The problem

You need help and want your request followed through to the end.

The solution

1. Write to soutien@bluefoxconsultant.com, or fill in the online form.
2. Tell us which application is affected, what you were trying to do and the exact error message. A screenshot helps a lot.
3. Say whether your work is blocked: those requests come first.

You will receive an acknowledgement with a request number. To add details, simply reply to that email without changing the subject.
