The problem
You want to know where your request stands, or receive fewer emails.
The solution
- The View request button in our emails opens your request on the portal, with the whole thread.
- On the portal, your preferences let you receive one summary a day instead of one email per reply.
- The Stop receiving emails for this request link at the bottom of each email stops messages for that request only.
Requests for information and the closing notice always reach you.
